Wrapping a flower or even some herbs with some rafia around a napkin and placing that on your guests plates is a wonderfully festive look and very welcoming.
Choose approximately 3 colors for your theme and work them into your table decor.  Colorful napkins add variety or use white ones and wrap them with a colorful ribbon. Little tea lights on the table and by the bar create a wonderful ambiance.
